It’s been quite the ride, but Episode 10 is finally here! After learning so much, it’s time to bring it all to a close and review what we’ve covered throughout this run.
Director of Content & Marketing Julian Bahmani and Beyond-FX Content Producer Jessica Villarreal were assigned some homework - to create their own explosion effects based on what they’ve learned from this series. In Episode 10, those final projects are reviewed and discussed, highlighting even more tips and tricks that you can use to perfect your own creations.
The team is joined by one of our Beyond-FX VFX Directors, Jason Johnston, who provides his own assessment of the effects and gives insight into his own artistic processes. While this episode does talk about the importance of peer review, it also speaks to the essence of collaboration and how a project can be improved by mutual support.
