Salad in 5 minutes with cabbage and beans. Delicious, fast and simple!
A very simple salad recipe with Chinese cabbage and canned beans. You just need 5 minutes of time and the salad is ready. Chopped finely and connected everything. Everything! The salad turns out to be light, tasty and satisfying.

INGREDIENTS: 6 servings
Peking cabbage - 180 grams;
Canned beans - 200 grams;
Fresh cucumber - 170 grams (2 pieces);
Chicken egg - 3 pieces;
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp;
Salt and pepper to taste.
ADDITIONALLY:
Parsley - 1 sprig optional.
HOW TO COOK:
1. Divide the cabbage into leaves, wash, dry, cut into thin strips.
2. Wash cucumbers, remove stalks, tails, peel and cut into small cubes.
3. Boil chicken eggs, cut into small cubes.
4. Rinse beans well with water.
5. Put prepared foods, cabbage, cucumbers, beans, eggs into the dish, add sour cream, mustard and season with spices. Mix everything gently.
6. Put the prepared salad in a salad bowl, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs if desired.
7. Serve the salad. Bon Appetit everyone!
