vanilla extract 1 tsp

30 g (2 Tbsp) hot water
15 g (1 Tbsp) granulated sugar
2 drops vanilla extract

[Whipped cream]
400 g (1 and 2/3 cup) heavy cream
40 g (1/5 cup) granulated sugar
