[Chocolate Donuts] * About a dozen donuts

1 tsp = 5 ml
1 Tbsp = 15ml
1 Cup = 240 ml

2 large eggs
100 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
45 ml (3 Tbsp) milk
125g(1 cup) all purpose flour
25 g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
2 g(1/2 tsp) baking powder
115 g (1/2cup) unsalted butter (or salted butter)

[Decorating]
*I used three kinds of chocolate for the chocolate cover.
milk chocolate 90 g
dark chocolate 90 g
dulce chocolate 90 g

Use sprinkles, nuts, dry fruits, snacks, and more.

[Expected Shelf life]
5 days at room temperature,
10 days when refrigerated,
and 2 months when frozen.
