Soft honey homemade gingerbread with glaze - the taste of childhood!
Dark, aromatic, delicious and very soft homemade honey gingerbread with glaze. Prepared in just a few minutes, eaten even faster!
Ingredients
For the dough:
70 g sugar
120 ml hot water
80 g honey
55 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp baking soda
320 g white all purpose flour
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
A pinch of salt
For the glaze:
2 tbsp water
4 heaped tbsp powdered sugar
Bake at 180C (356F) for 10-12 minutes
