What are SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in Pharmacy?
This video looks at trainee pharmacists (formerly pre-reg trainees), pharmacy students and other members of pharmacy or other teams that have to read and sign off on SOPs or standard operating procedures. This looks at what SOPs are, what the point of them is, their benefits and how to try to use them to get better outcomes in work. The aim of this is to look at ideas of how to rethink the things that we do in work, to try to better understand from both the employees perspective, and the managers, and see how we can use this to get the most from our work environment.
