Hi guys, this time I’ve created for you Dark Teal Noise, which is a combination of green and blue noise – the same way as the teal color is a combination of green color and blue color.
If you like my Teal Noise video, please consider subscribing to my channel and giving the video the thumbs up as it is super important for the channel development, and it’ll make it much easier for me to provide you with more sounds for sleep and relaxation in the future. Thank you!

ABOUT THE VIDEO
There are more to relaxation and sleep sounds than just a classic white noise. For example, you can split the noise to colors, the very same way you can split light. If you combine all colors together, you will end up with white – it’s true for both sounds and light. You can, however, take only a specific range of the whole spectrum, to see (or hear) a color. This way you can create many types of colorful noise and my Dark Teal Noise is one of them.
How has it been created? To achieve the teal color you need to combine blue with green, which in the terms of audio means blending together blue noise with green noise. The former one dominates the higher frequencies – it hardly has any of the middle range and does not include low range at all, while the latter is usually defined as the middle part of the white noise. Sometimes green noise is also called vocal range noise or environmental noise. It means that teal noise is mostly middle and high frequencies.
But why have I called it Dark Teal Noise then? There are two reasons behind that. The 1st is I lowered down the very high “piercing frequencies” that can be unpleasant and tiresome when listened to for more than a couple of minutes. The 2nd reason is I added just a little bit of bass frequencies, to make the sound more substantial and whole.
I encourage you to listen to this sound for sleep or relaxation, or as a part of sound-based meditation. As far as I’m concerned, it can also be helpful with tinnitus, especially when the condition prevents you from falling asleep or makes it harder to focus.
Please keep in mind that sounds of this kind may vary a lot depending on the equipment you use for listening – meaning sometimes it’s good to check out how the sound works for you with various speakers or headphones, to find the ones that serve you best.
I hope you like the sound and find it helpful. Thank you for being here :)
