We bake French sourdough bread. Delicious, soft bread. Bake on a baking sheet and compare with baking in a cast iron pan/ dutch oven. The recipe is suitable for beginners.

Ingredients:
500 g - white all purpose flour
300 g - water at room temperature
150 g - sourdough starter
30 g - sugar
30 g - butter
10 g - salt

Bake on a baking sheet 240 C (~ 465 F) - 25-30 minutes
Preferred method: Bake in a cast iron pan/dutch oven at 250C (~480F) with lid on for 10 minutes,
then reduce the temperature to 220C (~430F), remove the lid
and bake for another ~20 minutes

Fermentation temperature 24 - 28 C
