👩🍳Ingredients for 4 people:
10 ounces soba noodles (300g)
2 ounces black radish or daikon (60g)
2 green onion
1 sheet of nori seaweed
Wasabi (optional)
Tsuyu Sauce:
3 tbsp light soy sauce
⅓ cup cooking sake
⅓ cup mirin
½ cup + ¼ cup water
A small piece of kombu seaweed
½ cup bonito flakes (or 1 tbsp of dashi powder)
