hi everyone! this quick 10 min ab workout will give you the BIGGEST boost of endorphins ever and its perfect for anyone - whether you've never worked out in your life or go to the gym every day.

FINDING THIS CHALLENGING?
the more often you do this, the easier it will be BUT for now you can try lengthening the rest time eg. 40 secs on, 20 secs rest.

TOO EASY?
try some of the challenge exercises ORR make the rest shorter eg. 55 secs on 5 secs rest and if you're really up for it- 60 secs on, 0 secs rest! whatever your body is comfortable with!
