hi everyone!
today we're doing an intense 15 minute full body workout to give you a quick burst of endorphins and put you in a good mood for the whole day. ive structured it into 5 sets of 3 exercises - 1 leg exercise, 1 arm exercise and 1 core exercise. we're doing each exercise for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest but feel free to lengthen/shorten the work:rest times to suit your needs!
we've also got a few chill versions for some of the more challenging exercises so you can try some of those if you're finding it difficult (which is completely normal!!!)
