hi everyone! in today’s video we’re doing a quick full body cooo down stretch that’s perfect for after training or working out.
cooling down is so important for gradually relaxing your muscles which prevents you being sore the next day and decreases the risk of injuring yourself. try and use this stretch to relax as much as you can, don’t push yourself too hard and hold the stretch as soon as you feel the stretch.
