Ingredients to Prepare Jujubes with their approximate measurements in grams:
Gelatin - 3 tbsp (approx. 30 grams)
Water - ½ cup (120 ml)
Sugar - 1 ½ cups (300 grams)
Water - 1 cup (250 ml)
Lime Juice - 1 tsp (approx. 5 grams)
Salt - 1 pinch (approx. 0.4 grams)
Strawberry Flavour - 1/8 tsp (approx. 0.3 grams)
Red Food Colour - 1/8 tsp (approx. 0.3 grams)
Orange Flavour - 1/8 tsp (approx. 0.3 grams)
Yellow Food Colour - 1/8 tsp (approx. 0.3 grams)
Green Apple Flavour - 1/8 tsp (approx. 0.3 grams)
Green Food Colour - 1/8 tsp (approx. 0.3 grams)
Caster / Fine Sugar for coating
3 containers = 4"x4" size or equivalent
Butter paper
