Ingredients:
Boneless Pork Meat with fat - 1 kg
Salt - 1 tsp

Ingredients for Marination:
Red Kashmiri Chillies - 16
Garlic cloves - 16
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Turmeric / Haldi powder - ½ tsp
Cumin / Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns - ¼ tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch stick
Cloves - 8
Salt - 1 tsp
Goan Vinegar - ½ to ¾ cup / 120 ml to 180 ml
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be used )
Tamarind - 1 inch ball
Warm Water - ½ cup / 120 ml
Water - ¼ cup / 60 ml

Notes: Add little Water for grinding, if required

Onions - 4 medium size ( sliced )
Sugar - 1 tbsp
( Use 1 tsp Sugar if you just want a slight hint of Sweetness )
Water - 1 ½ cups / 360 ml
Water - ½ cup / 120 ml & as required
Salt - ½ tsp
