Ingredients to make around 1kg Baath:
Freshly grated Coconut -  2 ½ cups / 200-225 grams
Fine Semolina / Rava / Sooji -  1 ½ cups / 240 grams
Fine Sugar -  1 ½ cups / 300 grams
Eggs -  4 (room temperature) / 200 grams
Butter - 100 grams (room temperature)
Secret Ingredient: ⬇️
Cashew Nuts -  ¼ cup / 30 grams (around 22 to 24 pieces)
Vanilla Essence -  1 tsp / 5 millilitres
Cardamom / Elaichi Powder -  ½ tsp / 2 grams
Baking Powder -  ½ tsp / 2 grams
Baking Tin - 9"x7" or  8"x8" size
Butter paper
Oil for coating
All-purpose Flour / Maida for coating
