In my family in Laos, the crispy spring rolls we used to eat were always very big.
So I’m going to show you how to make big crispy spring rolls with a crab and meat stuffing.
👩🍳Ingredients for 12 big spring rolls:
½ lb crab meat (drained net weight)
1 lb pork belly (or chicken meat)
½ oz dehydrated black fungus
2 oz glass noodles
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 egg
1 carrot
4 oz bean sprouts
5 oz onion
12 rice papers, 11 inches in diameter
Frying oil
