hi everyone! today were doing a quick follow along workout targeting your inner thighs but also your hamstrings, glutes and quads. you dont need any equipment for this workout, just a relatively soft surface like a carpet or a yoga mat. its also super apartment friendly and chill because there are 0 exercises that involve jumping!
