Ingredients:
200-250 g fresh or frozen berries to taste
2 eggs at room temperature
100 ml vegetable oil
A pinch of salt
250 ml warm kefir
180 g sugar
200 g semolina
1 tsp baking soda
130 g flour
Zest of one lemon optional
Powdered sugar for decorating the top is optional
Mold 20 cm (8"x8")in diameter
Bake at 180C (~360F )for 40-50 minutes until evenly caramel brown.
