Cinnamon buns Sourdough
Creamy, sweet and flavorful Cinnamon Sourdough Buns. A quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients for 12 pieces
Dough:
130 g wheat sourdough starter 100%
130 g milk
170 g butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
500 g flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Filling:
80 g butter
140 g sugar
1.5 tsp cinnamon
For glaze:
5 tbsp milk
1¼ cups powdered sugar
Bake 200C (~400F) - 20-25 minutes
