Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons
Water (boiling water!) - 2 cups (500 ml)
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp spoon (with a slide)
Sour cream - 1/2 cup (more is possible)
Butter - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt - 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
Pepper mixture - 1 pinch
