The Best No-Knead Sourdough Ciabatta - Easy, Simple Recipe.

I have long promised a very detailed recipe for ciabatta, which for technical reasons had to be released a little later. But now it is ready and I am happy to share it with you today. We will prepare a simple version without kneading. Ciabatta according to this recipe turns out light, with a thin crust, moderately viscous, porous, ruddy and aromatic. You will like the result!

Ingredients:
300 g - b. flour 12.5 -12.7% protein
245 g water
75 g wheat sourdough starter 100% hydration
20 g olive oil
5 g salt

Bake 245C (475F) - 16 minutes with steam + 220C (425F) - 10 minutes
