These crepes made with raw potatoes, scallions, garlic and very tasty, interesting filling! The crepes come out with a distinct potato flavor, reminiscent of the taste of potato latkes. So delicious you can swallow your tongue!

Ingredients for 8 latkes with a diameter of 24 cm (~10"):
3 eggs
½ tsp salt
Ground black pepper to taste
300 ml warm milk
120 g white all purpose flour
350 g potatoes - 2 medium potatoes
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Green onions (scalions) and parsley or any other green herbs to taste

Mix the dough and let stand for 15 minutes. Fry over medium heat.

Filling
4 eggs
Cod liver - 2 cans (I have 125 g each, weight including oil)
Salt and pepper to taste
Greens - green onions, parsley
1 tsp mayonnaise
