1.5L water
2g kombu seaweed
1 ginger slice
1 tsp salt
300g carrots
400g firm potatoes
400g onions
3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp grated ginger
30g garlic
80g butter
60g wheat flour
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp salt
