This workout will be done using ONE Kettlebell throughout. You should use a light kettlebell, I suggest starting with 3 to 5 lbs, progressing to 7 or 8 lbs as your max. This workout moves at a steady peace, there is a small amount of rest between sets when I am explaining some of the moves in the next set. You may want to review the workout prior taking part in it.
If you do not have a kettlebell you can use a single dumbbell. The handle of the kettle will help make some of the moves easier and there is less likelihood of dropping the weight. Please take care transitioning the weight, there is a lot of switching from one had to the other during this workout.
