The easiest crepes with zucchini. Fast, tasty and healthy. Especially good when served warm with sour cream or cream cheese. A great addition to any dinner, breakfast or lunch.
Take 1 zucchini and some boiling water! 10 minutes and you're done!
For 14-18 pancakes:
1 zucchini (250 gr)
Flour - 2 cups (290 gr)
Milk - 2 cups (470 ml)
Water - boiling water ½ cup (118 ml)
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Dill to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Some butter for greasing your skillet.
