👉 Step by step cooking:
You will need 100 g of a banana pre-frozen in small pieces (use the ripe and sweetest banana) and 100 g of any berries (I have strawberries today), the berries can not be pre-frozen.
We put everything in a blender at once.
My bananas are not very sweet, I added a little sweetener (I have Fit Parad # 7, 1 gram).
Approximately 100 g cream or full-fat milk (yoghurt can also be used).
It will take a powerful blender to turn everything into a homogeneous mass (the power of my blender is 1000 watts).
You can eat this ice cream right away. I garnished with mint and sprinkled with freeze-dried strawberries.
It turned out to be a very tasty and healthy dessert!
Or you can put it in a container. If desired, add any freeze-dried berries, crushed nuts or chocolate chips, stir and freeze. Take out and stir every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming! It is very important! Make 3-5 stirring every hour until the desired consistency is obtained. Otherwise, ice cream will come out with ice cubes. Also, you can pour the mass into portioned forms.
