One Minute Map Hack: Area of Interest Dropshadow Effect
Here's how to burn in a glow or dropshadow sort of thing around a polygon in ArcGIS Pro. There are lots of reasons to do stuff like this and the effect can look wildly different if you tweak colors and sizes or whatever. Up to you. So have fun making your polygons really POP.
