★Ponzu Karaage
[Ingredients for 2 - 3 people]
1 - 1.1 lb Chicken thighs
(approx. 450g - 500g)
3 tbsp Ponzu
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tbsp Garlic
1/2 tbsp Ginger
1/2 cup Potato starch
(approx.100g)
1/4 cup Water
(approx. 50ml)
I am truly sorry, but I mention corn starch several times in my video, but I’m actually using potato starch! My mistake, apologies all!
If the breading is too wet and you can’t make the bubbles, add some gluten-free flour or flour. This will make you to bread the chicken easier.
