Welcome to my channel. Whip up a delicious and healthy meal in no time! Learn how to make macaroni with mixed vegetables in a cooker, perfect for kids and adults alike. This quick and easy recipe is ideal for busy days, packed with nutrients and flavour.
Ingredients-
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped finely
• 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
• ¼ cup carrot, chopped
• ¼ cup boiled sweet corn
• ¼ red capsicum, chopped
• ¼ yellow capsicum, chopped
• 1/4 green capsicum, chopped
• 2 cups macaroni pasta
• 1½ cup water
• Some grated cheese
• Salt, to taste
• Chopped coriander leaves
Method-
1. Heat oil and butter in a cooker. Add in garlic and onion, season with salt and sauté until onions turn translucent. Keep the flame on medium low.
2. Then, add in tomatoes and saute until they soften and turn mushy. Then, add in all other veggies and saute for a few mins.
3. Season with spices and seasonings, mix well and add the sauces too.
4. Cook for 2-3 mins and then, add in the water and macaroni pasta
5. Combine it all well and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
6. Remove and set aside for the pressure to release.
7. Once the cooker opens, add grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves, mix and remove from flame.
8. Garnish with some grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
9. Enjoy!
