Making an Impact: Matt Scott
Matt Scott turned to grief groups after the death of his father in 2017. This experience helped him realize that he shouldn't compare his grief to others. At the time of his father's death, Matt was working as a social impact storyteller and he often saw he was the only person that looked like him.
That's when he launched Let's Care, a blog to write about an underrepresented population most overlooked. Matt also found solace in documentary filmmaking with plans to release his very own social change docuseries, "20s & Change: San Francisco," later this year.
