For over ten years, Pam McRae was struggling with an addiction to alcohol. She knew she had to stop, not only for her family but for herself. Since her sober journey began, Pam has continued to run a successful daycare, is now a certified Naked Mind senior coach and has launched her own website called Forward Freedom.
