Keeping your online business updated is not only crucial, it’s easy too! With the help of the ‘Support’ tab on the Supplier Panel, change your email address, change your pickup address and update your phone number or GSTIN. In this video, you will learn how to update your credentials as well as GSTIN smoothly. Let’s jump into how to update your seller account information.

To update your email address, log into the Supplier Panel and click on ‘Support’. You will see a list of categories with issues listed. Click on the ‘Account’ tab, select ‘I want to change my registered email address’ and raise a ticket. Then, fill in your current email address, fill in your new email address, add the reason for change in the description box and click on ‘Submit’. Once the email ID is updated, you will receive an email with the subject line, ‘Meesho Supplier Panel Login details’. It contains new login credentials.
To update your phone number, log into the Supplier Panel and click on ‘Support’. Click on the ‘Account’ tab, select ‘I want to change my registered phone number’, add your new number, add the reason for change in the description box and click on ‘Submit’ to raise a ticket.
Currently, since Meesho does not allow you to change your GSTIN number, you will have to create a new account with the new GSTIN you wish to use. To learn more, click on ‘I want to change my GSTIN number’ under the ‘Accounts’ tab and raise a ticket. Fill in your doubts and queries and click on ‘Submit’.
