In this video, we will show you how to use our Seller Support Tool in order to either troubleshoot a problem or Raise a seller support ticket if the problem persists. The Meesho Supplier Panel is your one-stop solution for everything that you need to run an online business, and getting support and resolving your issues are crucial for the running of your business.

To use the Support tool, log in to your supplier panel using your email id and password. Once logged in, click on the Support button on the left section.
You will be taken to the Support Page where you will see two tabs.
Help Tab: This is where suppliers can see the Frequently Asked Question section with a list of common problems that suppliers face. You can click on these topics to resolve your doubts.
The other tab is the ‘My Tickets’ tab. This is where all your raised tickets will be displayed. This tab will help you keep track of the Ticket Raised and the status for the same.
The first section of the Help Tab is where you will find all the commonly asked questions.
For Return/RTO related queries, you can click here and find the most relevant topic as per your need. Similarly, you can click here for Cataloging & Pricing, Payments & Penalties, Inventory, Orders & Delivery or any other account related queries. Once you click on a topic, you will be given the most relevant information as per your issue which may be helpful.
However, in case the information in these pages don't help in troubleshooting your problem, you can click on “Raise a Ticket.” This will take you to the page where you will be asked to upload all the important details that our Support Team would need to help you find a solution for the issue raised. Once you click on Submit, the ticket will be created.
The My Tickets Tab will show all the issues you have raised through the panel.
You will be shown the Date the Ticket was Raised, the Ticket ID, the Issue related to the ticket, the latest update and the status on the raised ticket.
