✔ Manage Kare Product Inventory Meesho Par | Update Catalog & Products In Inventory | Increase Order
Manage karein apni catalogs aur inventory asaani se. Status updates se leke smart suggestions product inventory tak, aapke har products ko manage karein iss ek place se with our catalog manager tool. Iss video mei, hum aapko assist karenge on topics like how to manage product inventory, list products, restock catalogs and update inventory listings.
Start karne ke liye Supplier Panel visit karein, aur 'inventory tab' par click karein. Aapko yaha listed catalogs aur products dik jayengi left tab aur uske saath upar ke 4 tabs pe. Each tab ko thoda samaj lete hai.
1. The ‘Active’ tab
Aapko yaha saare live catalogs' ke information dikhengi, both in stock as well as out of stock ke liye.
2. The ‘Activation Pending’ tab
Yaha aapko woh catalogs dikhengi jinka quality check pass ho chuki hoga par catalog live nahi huwa ho.
3. The ‘Blocked’ tab
Yaha aapko dikhengi blocked catalogs with reasons for the block.
4. The ‘Paused’ tab
Find the list of products jo hold pe hai aur currently online nahi hai.
Chaliye aage badhte hai on how to update your inventory 'Active' tab ko use karke. Active tab par aapko 3 sections dikhengi: ‘All stock’, ‘Out of Stock’ and ‘Low Stock’. Under ‘All Stock’ , aapko information milengi aapke products, jo in stock or out of stock hai. Under ‘Low Stock’, information on products jo out of stock hone ke kareeb hai. Under ‘Out of Stock’, you’ll find information for products jinki inventory 0 hai.
Aapko agar kisi bhi inventory ko update karna hai to bas edit button par click karein, add karein updated inventory number aur click karein on the tick mark to save it. Inventory of multiple catalogs ko ek baar mei edit karne ke liye, click karein 'Bulk Stock Update' button par aur download karein inventory sheet. Aapko iss sheet par har catalogs aur unke products ki listing dik jayengi. Update the stock number jo products ke side pe likhe hogi and leave the products jismei aapko koi changes na karni ho. Sheet ko save karle, aur same button ko use karke upload bhi.
Aap existing products ke naye variant bhi aasani se update kar sakte hai. Click on 'Add New Variation’ to the side of the product jaha aapko variation add karna ho, select karein uss variation ko that you wish to add. Phir, add the stock count & SKU ID and save it. Humari system aapke naye variant ko immediately update kar dengi. Adding SKU ID is optional.
Agar aapko temporarily koi product discontinue karna ho, to aap usein pause kar sakte hai. All paused products ‘Paused’ tab pe dikhengi. Pause karne ke liye click on the ‘Active’ tab and click on ‘Pause’ to the side of the product jise aapko pause karna hai. Woh product phir 'Paused' tab par move karengi, aur woh stock automatically 0 par update kar di jayengi. Ek saath multiple products ko pause karne ke liye, tick mark the products jo aapko pause karna ho aur click on ‘Pause Selected’ button. Aur, products jo 45 days se out of stock mei ho, they will automatically be moved to 'Out of stock'.
Aapko 'Blocked' tab ke neeche 3 sections dikhengi: ‘Duplicate’, ‘Poor Quality’ and ‘Others’. Under ‘Duplicate’, aapko woh products dikhengi jisein apne 2 baar upload ki hogi. Yeh dhyaan mei rakhiye ki same product ko multiple catalogs ke andar upload na karein. Add variants only in the existing catalog usi product ke liye. Under ‘Poor Quality’, aapko list of catalogs blocked due to poor quality dikhengi. Aap catalogs ke quality score ko yaha dekh sakte hai. Aapke catalogs ko maximum visibility tab milengi jab quality score 3.5 se upar ho. Under ‘Others’, aapko woh catalogs dikhengi jo blocked ho due to other reasons. Agar aapko koi support chahiye, to aap ticket raise kar sakte hai ‘Support’ tab par jo aapko Supplier Panel par dikhengi.
‘Activation Pending’ tab par aapko woh products dikhengi jisne quality check to pass kiya hai, par live nahi gaya ho. Aapko catalogs kab live jayengi - uski jaankari yaha milengi. Live jaate hi, yeh catalogs 'Active' tab par automatically move ho jayengi.
