For Beginners Only is a three-week program (approximately 30 minutes a day, five days a week) to get you started with an exercise routine that combines strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance. This program is for you if you've ever tried a workout class or video and felt lost. Super trainer Lacee Green breaks down basic form tips for every single move, taking the workout at a pace where you'll be able to learn and integrate—rather than just assuming you already know what the moves are and rushing through. Lacee is also super encouraging; her effervescent energy makes the workouts fly by and leaves you wanting to come back for more. This Cardio Classic session is an introduction to cardio formats and movements—always with low-impact and lower-intensity modifications offered.
