RTX 3090 vs RTX 2080 TI | 1080P, 1440P, 2160P GAMING BENCHMARKS of the RTX 3090

Today, we're comparing NVIDIAs current top-tier RTX 3090 to it's predecessor RTX 2080 TI. The RTX 3090 comes with 24GB of GDDR6X memory, while the RTX 2080 TI has "only" 11GB of slower GDDR6 memory. The RTX 3090 is built on Samsungs 8nm, which isn't that much more efficient than TSMCs 12nm (RTX 2080 TI).Price wise, the RTX 3090 costs 1499$, which is a lot compared to the RTX 2080 TIs 1199$. This is caused by the 24GB of GDDR6X, which aren't cheap. As current games nearly never use more than 11GB of VRAM, this could help in the future. But already today, the 3090 is capable of 8K60FPS Gaming, at least in some games.
So let's see: how big is the performance difference between RTX 3090 and RTX 2080 TI?
