Hello,
today we're comparing Nvidias brand new GeForce RTX 3060 to its bigger brother GeForce RTX 3060 TI. Memory wise, the RTX 3060 should be considered as the "bigger brother", as it has 12GB of GDDR6 VRAM compared to the RTX 3060 TIs 8GB. The reason for that? Well to be honest, I have no clue regarding that, maybe you?
Price wise the RTX 3060 should cost 329$. SHOULD. Here in Germany, they're sold for more than 550€ (and were sold out in minutes, even the designs with only one single fan. Imagine paying 650€ for those RTX 3060 "mini"s with one single fan xD). The RTX 3060 TI should cost 399$ at its launch date. Well it was in stock sometimes (between 550-600€), but since the beginning of february, i've not seen any restocks at all.
So lets see if the 12GB VRAM can carry the RTX 3060 through its fight against the RTX 3060 TI. (Spoiler: no carry.)
