Getting Thrown in Prison at a Hungarian Castle - Siklos Castle Tour - Hungary Travel Guide
Something every tourist should try avoiding on holiday is getting thrown in prison, but here at Siklos castle, the guardian of the castle was only too keen to show exactly what that would have entailed in centuries past.
Luckily me and my friends were allowed out eventually to explore this fantastic castle in Southern Hungary dating back to the 13th century, complete with Medieval walls and all of the rooms filled with exhibits.
My thanks to Sonyi for his excellent showmanship and entertainment during my visit, even if I did have to duel with him at one point!
