This video demonstrates the result of creating a project on Unreal Engine 5 using MetaHuman. I created a ThirdPerson Character with a custom character from the City Sample Crowds free pack. First, I had to retarget all the animations from the default project in order to duplicate the animation blueprint for the movement logic.
Then I changed the standard Control Rig in view of the fact that the inverse kinematics of the default project works only for changing the height for the legs. But not for leg rotation.
Why, the new project has become much more interesting.
