Recently Ive found my phone having a tighter and tighter grip over me, spending upwards of 10 hours a day staring Ito the abyss, doom scrolling late into the night and constantly feeling exhausted and burnt out. I needed a change. So I decided starting today I would do 48 hours with NO PHONE. The only twist I'm in Spain, in a city I've never been before, watching pre season football, a weird mixture of events I must admit.
In this video I discuss the importance of spending time with your family, the importance of disconnecting, how our phone impact us. How to have a healthy relationship with your phone going forward. I also discuss the importance of discipline and exercise (including padel). Some topics I've seen on modern wisdom. And much much more :)
