Another year around the sun and today was my 22nd birthday party and although I tend to plan things poorly, I don't think I could have planned this any worse. With the Euros final ensuing on the same day and the mens Wimbledon final starting in the morning I was off to a bad start as many of my friends simply couldn't make it. But I wouldn't let that stop me, even if my Colin the caterpillar cake was slightly broken. In this video I discuss why I keep a small friendship group, and why the ones I keep are important to me, why I find getting older scary, and why i am not a massive fan of the birthday in itself. But also how important having a community is and being there for friends that need you. I also discuss how to make cinnamon rolls (even if the oven did explode), how to clean up said oven and whether you can cook with a broken oven, how to make hummus from scratch, and much more.
