Van Gogh DIY hand painted t shirt "Starry Night" time lapse - Watch me paint my version of the artist Vincent Van Gogh's famous painting "Starry night" onto this yellow t-shirt. Made using acrylic paints! I have loved Van Gogh's work since I was very little, so I took this opportunity to share my appreciation and recreate this piece onto a simple and plain garment that I wanted to customise and bring some life to! This took around 3 evenings to complete but was incredibly fun and a simple DIY anyone can do.
Don't forget to heat press at the end once you are finished to help the paint stay on the t-shirt and remain vibrant! (iron with greaseproof paper between to protect the work)

What I used:
Primark men's large T Shirt
Winsor & Newton acrylics
Daler Rowney acrylic textile medium
Masking tape
