Try this simple drill to help improve your shooting power and accuracy.
If you don’t have access to many soccer balls, you can still perform the same drill with a single ball. Just be sure to avoid a run-up to the ball and plant your foot in line with the ball prior to striking. Focus on pulling your leg back as far as you can and following through with the shot. Be sure to make contact with the instep part of your foot and lock your ankle firmly right before making contact.
