STEP 1: Start with the ball in front of you and place the bottom of your foot (sole) on the ball.
STEP 2: Pull the ball back toward your body.
STEP 3: Use the front/top of your toes to flick the ball up and slightly backward. Simultaneously, lift the same leg with your instep/top of your toes facing the ground.
STEP 4: Quickly drive your leg down and strike the ball with the top of your toes into the ground.
