How to create Light Rays in Photoshop - Tutorial
In this Photoshop Tutorial I will show you how to create Light Rays. It's a simple tutorial all we need to do is make a selection of the sky with the Color Range tool. After that we will make the sky white so that the rays look much better. After that we will add Radial Blur and make some finishing touches to the photo.
