Bench press is an important exercise in working out. Not only does the bench press work on your chest, it also works on your triceps. There is right and wrong to ways to bench press. It's always better to bench press with lighter weight. The reason to this is because it would be easier to do the correct form. Also, you will see improvements easier. To practice bench press you need to do it without weight at first. After you master the correct form to bench press then you can do it with more weights.

In the video, I bench press without no weight. I know it looks silly, but this is an amazing way to practice correct bench press form.
