"This 1963 was No. 51 of the 63 total 1963 Corvette Z06/N03 Tankers built and is the only example finished in Tuxedo Black with Red interior. It was delivered on May 17, 1963 to Lonnie Glasscock of Corpus Christi, Texas, through Jennings Chevrolet in Robstown, Texas. Glasscock owned the car for 10 years, driving it for fun with no competition events logged.
It has since been restored to its original presentation using other original cars as references. Remarkably, it still retains its original Rochester fuel-injected 327/360 HP V-8 engine. This car has received many of the most coveted accolades including Bloomington Gold certification, a MCACN Concours Gold award and the Best Premiere Car at the Boca Raton Concours." - Mecum
