Want to learn how to add a whole column in excel the easy way? Well this video will show you exactly what you need to do in order to add up a whole column in excel. This excel tutorial is very easy to do. I did this in Microsoft Excel 2013, However you could do this on any microsoft excel software.

First you open up excel spreadsheet. After you have opened up excel worksheet. You add a colum called total and then you enter the formula =sum. After the sum you add brackets and say the row number. For example if i wanted to get the sum of the colum b1-b5. I would write =sum(B1:B5) and it will automatically add up that colum for me easily.
