Brooklyn and D.C. bands battle in street after Funk Parade
The 2nd Annual Funk Parade was on Saturday, May 2, 2015. It featured several marching, musical contingents. But after the parade, teens from Brooklyn's Royal Knights hung around and had a face-off with D.C.'s Eastern Senior High School for about an hour.
