One simple calisthenics movement tests both your strength and your endurance. Go for it and do ten repetitions on your own, you will see what is meant;) Atomic Habits in practice, he verified the method with 100 burpees a day for 30 days.

This great book helped him to understand the difference between systems and goals and why the former is more important. Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress.By making small habits a part of our identity we can over time get to our goals no matter how big or small they are. In this video Tayo shows you his impressive progress, how to build the right mindset and technique to become a better version of yourself and make the Burpee even a fun exercise. We hope that it will motivate you to start your own process of forming new habits.

Why Burpees?
1.) They fatigue your muscles and lungs fast
2.) They build character and perseverance
3.) They quickly improve strength and conditioning
4.) No equipment and less space is needed

He always started with a 5 min Warm-Up:
50 Jumping Jacks
10 arm circles forward and 10 backwards
10 Chain breakers
10 swimmers
10 Cherry pickers
10 Windmills
10 Squat thrusts
10 lunge with twist
10 4ct mountain climbers)

🏋️‍♀️His Iron Wolf training schedule:
100 burpees daily with
6 count burpees (count out loud)
Mon - Wed - Fr 25 counter training with pull-ups. It can be a separate workout or done before/after burpees
Tue - Thur - Sat a 30 min max distance run after the burpees
Sun is resting day
